Many spots inside and out to enj... read more What a cool place, as evidenced by the nice crowd on this May Friday night of my first visit. Great beer selection and quality. Many spots inside and out to enjoy it. And I was impressed by the on site BrewRiver Kitchen: the fried bologna on Texas toast is killer! The surrounding office/industrial park setting is a bit odd, but who cares Sonder is a winner.

Good beer and the staff behind the bar was frie... read more I wish they had a 3.5 star option, but I'm gonna be generous. If this place was just a bar, I'd give it 5 stars. Good beer and the staff behind the bar was friendly and knowledgable. Ambiance is nice and I like that it's family friendly, so this might not be a place for someone looking for just a bar. My problem was with the food and food service. First, the food is just mediocre. The burger, fries, chicken wings were all dry and nothing special about them. Especially compared to their nicely crafted and interesting beers. My biggest complaint was the food service, which there is none. And that would be fine as it is by design. You seat yourself and wait in line, order, and pick up your food when they text message you. Your food is served on disposable plates with silverware. All fine as that is how things work here. But they charge you a 20% tip in your bill when you pay at their payment system. I guess you can sit there and navigate through the menu to remove the tip or ask the cashier to do it. But it seems down right rude to charge you tip when there's no service.

You will find something for everyone. Friendly staff. Newer garage/warehouse atmosphere. When weather is good youcan sit outside. BrewRiver food in Sonder is good. Pictured are their smoked wings, burger and pulled pork sandwich. Thepulled pork is NOT your average pulled pork sandwich. It is the cook's number one recommendation and I now know why. It hasincredible flavor.

In the middle of a business park, but has a really nice, quaint feel. Despite the parking lot being PACKED it didn?t feel cramped or busy inside. Nice menu with lots of offerings. French fries were overdone and bummed that my pretzel wasnot homemade. Missed opportunity for a really nice app. The thing here is that this brewery truly is built around the beers. Allof the beers we tried were really nice, clean flavors and really hit the mark. Service was quick and friendly as well.
