The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the food is great! The red salsa is on the milder side, but when you mix it with the green salsa, it becomes delicious! My husband tried the beef burrito; it wasn’t the largest portion, but it was very tasty. We decided to order two homemade flour tortillas based on a recommendation, and we’re so glad we did! I had the green chicken enchiladas, and I enjoyed every single bite. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. What else could you wish for?
What a charming little hometown restaurant! It's situated just off the square in a beautifully renovated historic grocery store. You can still find several vintage touches inside, like a cool fridge door, nostalgic photographs, original flooring, and a stylish cooler display. The staff is very friendly, and the food is excellent—plus, the open kitchen lets you watch your meal being prepared! The sweet tea is exceptional! I echo what others have said: when it’s busy, the service can be a bit slow, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Looking for a good place to eat with friendly service and reasonable prices for the family? Rico's is the place. I love their skillet bowl with queso and chicken.
This is the best Mexican food I've ever had for the price. You have to try it, and definitely make sure to order the homemade tortillas to go with any entree!
Meal Type: Lunch Price Range: $1–10 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 If you're looking for an affordable yet delightful dining experience, this place is a must-visit! I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch here, and everything was exceptional. The Chicken Fried Chicken was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, while the Chips and Salsa made for a fantastic appetizer. The service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a midday break. Highly recommend!
