To keep it brief, the manager was impolite and unhelpful. My curbside order took over an hour, and I ended up picking it up through the drive-thru. Waiting an hour is absurd, especially since my three items were already prepared! It was just mac and cheese and soup—how hard is it to put them in a bowl and hand them over? I won't be coming back again. This experience was terrible, rude, and completely unacceptable!

When I requested a refund, the staff member seemed unhappy. As a pregnant woman in my seventh month, I am not comfortable eating food that has been left out, as it poses a risk of foodborne illness. Now, I’m left without any food and very upset about how this situation was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but being given the choice between eating old food or spending another $18 on something I had already paid for is incredibly frustrating. I've encountered a few issues at this restaurant before, but none like this. Overall, I am very disappointed with the customer service!

Ordered with the kiosk (2 4 were down) the battery on the pager died immediately. A couple of the soft drinks were out, but operable,. We waited for 40 minutes and still didn't receive the order and they said they were just behind. We ran out of time and had to leave, we had to ask for a refund.I hate writing poor reviews :

I chose the pick two option with a salad and a sandwich. I wish they were more consistent and maintained better cleanliness, but overall, I do enjoy their food.
