Panda Express - Mason
Panda Express
Description
In a recent exploration of a popular restaurant chain, diners experienced a mixed bag of quality and service. While some praised the freshness and reliability of dishes like mushroom and orange chicken, others lamented significant declines in food quality, citing stale ingredients and lackluster flavors. Poor service experiences were also highlighted, with issues ranging from limited menu offerings to unhelpful staff members. Despite these setbacks, a dedicated customer base remains, drawn by the promise of convenient and familiar meals. For those seeking a dependable option amidst local dining choices, this establishment still holds its charm, albeit with some reservations.

If you enjoy Teriyaki chicken, you may be disappointed with this restaurant's version. The sauce seemed to be lacking in flavor and nowhere near as tasty as it used to be. It's much better when served warm.
This restaurant is excellent - it's quick, reliable, and the food is fresh and clean thanks to the open kitchen prep. Although they don't have the biggest selection of Chinese dishes, the mushroom chicken and orange chicken are personal favorites. However, the egg rolls are just okay.
I was looking for a break from the usual food options. It had been a while since I last visited this restaurant due to the pandemic, but I was pleased to find that the food quality and prices were just as good as I remembered. The service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning.
This restaurant was bustling when I arrived, but things moved quite quickly. As it was my first visit, I took a little longer to decide, but the staff was extremely patient and helpful. My food was fresh and delicious, especially since I arrived just after the lunch rush. The place felt a bit disorganized, but that’s understandable given the timing. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and the service. Thank you!
