However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I deci... read more Today is Wednesday at 10:15 in the morning. I arrived at a restaurant and was put on a waiting list with no issue. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to leave and went to McAlister's across the street. As I left, I noticed that IHOP had 6 occupied tables but could not seat me, another couple, or a group of two. There were about 30 empty tables. In my opinion, the proper customer experience would have been to seat us and offer us a drink while we waited. If IHOP continues to operate in this manner, I may not return. Next time I want breakfast, I will go to Waffle House instead.

There were 2 servers and 4 tables in the entire restaurant and I still managed to wait over an hour for my food that was delivered cold. Sat even longer waiting for a refill. If I wanted 2 star service I'd go to a gas station for breakfast good lord. McDonald's has better customer service than this location. One star is being generous...
