Description

Nestled in a cozy corner, this restaurant has made a name for itself with its diverse ramen offerings and friendly service. While some dishes, like the teriyaki salmon and chicken ramen, have received mixed feedback—cited for being overly salted or reminiscent of store-bought quality—customers rave about other options, particularly the vegetarian and spicy miso ramen. The staff is generally attentive, though occasionally lacking detailed menu knowledge. Despite minor cleanliness issues, the warm atmosphere and swift service are commendable. With a mix of highs and lows, many patrons express a desire to return for the flavorful wings and generous portions.

We really enjoyed this place, the food, and the service. The lady that served us was very nice and tentative. Also, although she gave us an appertizer we didn't order she took it off the bill while letting us keep the appertizer and still bringing out the one we order. We started with the octopus balls and shomai. We were also accidently given this potatoe like thing. The shomai was very good, the potatoe thing was crunchy but basically just a hashbrown but still tasty, and I didn't care for the octopus ball things but my girlfriend really liked them. As far as main dishes I got the spicy tonkotso ramen (I believe anyways) and added an extra egg. It was very good and filling. Had some to take home for a snack the next day. She ended up getting the chicken katsu rice bowl and really enjoyed it. She said it was nicely crispy and one of the best (if not the best) she's had. She also had enough for a bit of leftovers. Overall a great experience from both a food and service standpoint. Will be back.

The ramen was sub par, broth was good but the contents bland. I dined in and paid with card, waitress came back with my receipt, no card. I asked for my card and the restaurant immediately went on the defense saying they didn't have it and refused to look. I canceled the card as soon as I walked out, definitely won't return. Monroe location.

This was our first time eating here (the West Chester location) wow! Absolutely delicious food! Everything we tried was cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing! Can’t wait to come back again!

This place is excellent. Sometimes you have a wait because it's small inside, but when there is barely anyone in there, that's when you can quickly get seated. The waitress is on point, and don't let get started on the fantastic chefs! I've tried tons oframen, and Genki has the best chicken! If you're in the area and like ramen, you have to try this place out. You won't be sorry!????

Clean they have chicken gyozo which is unusual (usually pork and we loved them! Super flavorful and prepared perfectly. shrimp tempurA was very good/typical shrimp shumai, I liked but were a bit fishier then I prefer.... also, theyvery much reminded me of costcos : as did the tempura. waitress took order and wrote down no mushrooms and when it came itwas covered in mushrooms. He hates to complain but later when he was picking them out she happened by and asked how thingswere. He was literally picking out mushrooms and mentioned how he has requested multiple times to not get mushrooms, she saidand did nothing if I was the waitress/owner, I would have replaced the dish right then and there....nope... I got to watchhim spend at least 5 minutes picking them out. Later, when we got the bill we were surprised with 20% off. The surprise wasunnecessary and we would have preferred an apology and replacement. our teriyaki (my kid and I split chicken was so sweet itwas inedible. I never complained but even my kiddo couldn 't stomach the sweetness. It always surprises me when a plate goesback untouched and they ask nothing about why we didn 't touch it. We won 't be back as there are too many others to choose fromthat get the orders right and actually provide service and not surprise discounts.
