The employee named Ellington stood out to me as a true professional - he was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. It's rare to find such exceptional service in the fast food industry, and Ellington truly impressed me. The food was also delicious as always.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for both their excellent service and tasty food.

However, upon tasting it, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious... read more I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger at Culver's and initially found it underwhelming. However, upon tasting it, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors and hot temperature. My 9-year-old daughter also enjoyed her Kids Bacon Cheeseburger, but preferred it over the vegetarian burger that my husband ordered. The Pommes were hot and tasty, but my husband found the coffee to be terrible, possibly due to it sitting out too long. We ended up stopping at Starbucks for better coffee. As a Wisconsinite who loves cheese curds, I was excited to try Culver's cheese curds, but unfortunately they arrived barely warm, which was disappointing. I didn't give Culver's the opportunity to fix the issue, so I didn't give them a full star rating. Overall, I was satisfied with the food but chose not to engage further with the restaurant.

Win them 2 stars for the fast service, but I am disappointed to say the least. the double cheeseburger with speck ordered and it had NO sauce. not ketchup, low... read more Win them 2 stars for the fast service, but I am disappointed to say the least. the double cheeseburger with speck ordered and it had NO sauce. not ketchup, low season. only meat, cheese and rolls. I was already on the autobahn to turn around. my passion ordered a drowning and they said it was terrible. Beyond that, I had some of their earthy in my mixer. not sure how it happened.
