2 in the afternoon and continuous double lines for Drive-thru. Wanted to take our 2.5-year-old grandson to eat. The line of 20 or so was so fast. Great experience Personal is definitely above the norm So polite and continuous wiping tables.
We love this location. The food is great, but it’s the service that really stands out. We love Chick-fil-A!
This is the worst of all CFA locations in cincy. I'm going to work all day. I go to the cfa because of the food restrictions, but this is the only place that consistently brings my order together. I get constantly reg nuggets when I order grilled, I get pickles when I say no pickles, etc. I let it go the first 3 or 4 times, but now it's become absurd. I can't leave the drive without checking my order. that she has because she keeps trying to turn you through. not to mention the personal is the least friendly location. Sometimes they get a young girl who is friendly, but most are not and we had a moment where they have fun of us and we have caught them. management must increase
Gods food is the best. Cheaper than Wendy’s.
I love the nuggets and salads at this restaurant, but I'm not a fan of their waffle fries.
