October 30 2022 Service was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to prepare my meal, and there was only one other person in front of me waiting for their order. When the meal arrived it was not hot. I expected to be hot after waiting 20 minutes. Thinking itjust came out of the oven. But it was not. The place was not clean and I didn't go into the bathroom. As with the other reviewsthis place is really negligent in hygiene and the service is really terrible. This KFC is giving a bad name for Colonel Sandersrestaurants. I do not plan to return to this restaurant again. If I wish to have KFC I will go to some other place.
Waited 38 mins for 3 pieces of chicken! Worst service ever. Incompetent staf?. Food was good!
I actually had a pretty decent experience, though I think I got lucky. The music was missing, but overall the service was quick and the food was okay. The chicken tenders were a bit soggy and the classic sauce lacked flavor. The good service was probably because it wasn’t busy.
October 30, 2022 The service was very poor. It took more than 20 minutes to prepare my meal, even though there was only one person ahead of me. When my food finally arrived, it wasn’t hot, which was disappointing after such a long wait—I expected it to be fresh out of the oven. The restaurant was also unclean, and I chose not to use the bathroom. Like other reviewers have mentioned, this location is neglectful with hygiene, and the service is terrible. This KFC is damaging the reputation of Colonel Sanders’ restaurants. I do not plan to return and will go elsewhere if I want KFC in the future.
