Ben & Florentine - Mascouche

Good variety of options (even for people with allergies) and large quantity...I went for brunch and took Poêlé Trois Viandes and it was absolutely delicious and large. The staff are also super friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant for dinning in.

The staff didn't serve me well, I had to ask for coffee at least 4 times. They asked other customers for coffee refills but nothing at all from me. I ended up having to get up to get some. The waitress hardly looked at me when I asked her for the bill and I had to ask another waitress to bring me a takeout. I was only served water once at the start of lunch and that was it. I sincerely do not recommend this restaurant because of the poor service received.Kid-friendliness: There is a children's menu and high chairs.

The food was delicious... Unfortunately, we will never set foot in this restaurant again because the service left by the waitress Sylvie was pitiful... She had no smile and was very stupid. I think she is due to take a vacation, she looks exhausted. In addition, we were forgotten several times when we ordered our meal. Really very disappointing...

The food was very good until I found a hair on my plate! I decided to ignore it and take it off but I got another even longer hair! I'm really not happy Ben Florentine you disappointed me!I hope you will do better for your future customers!
