The deck facing the sea was good location, but the downside is that my friends would have to go down to order food and drinks, no waiter on standby. The biggest disappointment was that they did not have any seafoods available, something I look forward to when I am on this island province. I did not stay here, but checked the rooms. Being new and only recently opened, the rooms looked decent.

The staff are all very accommodating and smiles a lot. The food is really great, specially the seafoods and Kare kare. We feel welcome and at home all the time.... read more The staff are all very accommodating and smiles a lot. The food is really great, specially the seafoods and Kare kare. We feel welcome and at home all the time. Great ambiance and very nice place to relax. I really like the whole set up of the hotel, the sea view specially, very calming. Me and my husband will definitely comeback with my inlaws soon.

Now they have 24 Hours front desk and mini store/ coffee shop in the lobby area. Added convenience for a person like me who always travel to masbate and plane arrives always early in the morning. Now, It is the only hotel open 24hours in masbate city. I also noticed that they put sound proofing stuffs on the sliding door. I can still hear some light murmur but not as worse as before. In 3 years of being their suki, I must say that they keep improving their services. Complaints and suggestion are being heard and put into actions.

The noise from people swimming in the afternoon will definitely wake you up, as the room is not soundproof. We also encountered many cockroaches, spiders, and mosquitoes in the bathroom. The electric kettle had rust, and after staying for 7 days, we noticed a lingering smell in the bathroom.
