An older Black woman at the register saw me... read more I just had an unfortunate experience. When I went through the drive-thru, no one responded, so I decided to walk in. An older Black woman at the register saw me, but I was left standing there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. Eventually, she walked to the back, where I could hear her laughing and chatting with another employee. It would have been nice if she had at least informed me that they didn’t have any food ready yet. It felt quite rude.

My sandwich s... read more Terrible atmosphere hearing the employees degrade each other while their working. Then not having sides when all of them were just standing there. My sandwich sat there for 10 minutes while they cooked more fries and the chicken leg just sat there getting cold. These kids need supervision and professionalism training. I know its just fast food but it goes a long way in life too.
