Panda Express - Maryville

I will never ever visit a panda express after I have been eating here. I was glad when it opened, but the food quality is now just terrible. do not go here if they have to avoid the huhn teriyaki. the image shows cut white meat, with a crust grilled chicken. they get gray-looking slimy chicken and half of it will be fat and member. it looked like it was all the worst parts that were trimmed by huh and cooked in teryaki and water manager was rude and immediately said no refunds for each eat. After I had been in the restaurant and telephone, I could finally get a refund. I rarely return food, but that was simply completely unacceptable. the manager also said to get customers what they get when it gristle and fat, which is what they get. no restaurant operates this business model.

I always get the large boxes! Love Panda Express! My favorite is the Black Pepper Angus Steak! My oldest son gets the orange chicken. My middle son gets teriyaki chicken. And my youngest that just turned 3 I usually get him the broccoli beef (because he loves broccoli) but he will eat everything we all get!

For the price of the menu I have once again been highly disappointed in the food. I ordered 2 separate 2 entree plates with rice. The box was filled with rice and served with 4 pieces of chicken that are bit sized with a few pieces of vegetables on both plates. Would it hurt to throw in a few more pieces of chicken. This isn't an isolated incident. It has happened repeatedly over and over. I use to enjoy panda express and the amount of food given but not anymore.

We visit Panda Express every time we come to Maryville. Never disappointed! Food is delicious, order is always correct. Dining room is clean, drive thru is quick. Never had a bad experience in the Maryville location.

Food is still good just as long as you get what you ordered. People are generally overworked, you can tell by the amount of mistakes they make. This place hasn't had straws in over a month. How hard is it to send someone to get straws? They are completely out of bottled drinks. I ordered orange chicken after being asked if I wanted to try there orange chicken only to be told I had to pull around and wait until a new batch was made. I asked him how long it would take he said 3min it took 15min them when I opened it, it wasn't even my meal. I won't be back until they change management. ?Edit. * I raised my rating back up to 4 stars. Customer service was on point. Food was on point. I was offered orange chicken and I got fresh orange chicken without the wait. I was offered a drink, I got what I ordered with a straw. You couldn't ask for a better experience with a drive thru order. I will raise my star to 5 if they are consistent. Time will tell.
