Excellent , Service and facilities all really good. Friendly staff too. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel is to maybe touch up some of the paintwork in the rooms. There was quite a large chunk missing in my room. The area is beautiful and it’s great to see it finally all growing back after the fires in 09. What Bruno L doesn't like about Peppers Marysville:
Not too many choices around lake mountain to stay in. Peppers is one of the better ones however it is not like some other Accor/Peppers resorts. The aircon is super noisy, the aircon light is a super bright night light. The water in the shower goes hot to cold constantly. The car park is located quite far from the rooms. Conveniently located in Marysville. Nice scenery. Newly renovated rooms. Friendly front desk. Hotel is very generous. I m a platinum member and got upgraded to suite. They gave us a large portion of welcome snacks. You can see from the photo. This is the largest that I ever received. The cheese are super yummy I think all those are locally produced. We were enjoying the snacks and scenery in the spacious living area. Well done Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Peppers is the hotel of choice if you are planning to visit Lake Mountain and nearby places. Lots of room. Great views around the hotel and good facilities with friendly staff. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view
