Subway - Maryborough

Throughout my life, I’ve visited many underground restaurants in Australia, and I feel compelled to mention that the one in Maryborough is among the very best I've experienced. The young woman who served me—she had black hair—was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic as well; I especially enjoyed the new menu offerings, which allowed me to try some exciting new dishes. Additionally, I was impressed by the quick service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

Incompetent staff. Waited too long to order. Once my sub was toasted, it sat there for ages while I was waiting to pay. Where was the Manager? Kids had no idea about the till. My sub went cold, I left because I was still waiting to pay. Not happy.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced the staff aren't very friendly specially the girl that was on the checkout her name tag said jess.i will never be going back there again

I used to go there every day, or second day when doing Mum's shopping for over half a year. A few weeks ago, had an idea to film my normal morning doing Mums shopping, showing the friendly staff at Coles, various other shops in Station Square and being on my Scooter. The day before, I informed various staff members at the shops in Station Square and got a lot of support. Also spoke with Coralie, a Manager of this Subway store of my idea that I was going to do it the next morning and her reply was friendly, laughing and saying, “I might not be in at that time of morning.”.......

This Subway in the Fraser Coast might be the fastest around. The customer service is excellent—everyone is always smiling and eager to help. One employee, I believe her name is Ruby, is particularly cheerful and really sets a positive atmosphere. In contrast, my experience at the Hervey Bay Subway was disappointing; they charged me double for a 6-inch sub, as if I had paid $9.50 for a pizza melt. If you're in Maryborough and looking for a delicious sandwich made in record time, I highly recommend checking out the Maryborough Subway.
