Long John Silver's - Martinsville

My wife and I came in on monday evening 4/3/23 our cashier was sitting at a table on his phone, got up to take our order and did not wash his hands. As he was taking our order another person behind the counter stopped him snd told him to take a drive through order in which he did, while she was on her phone texting or what ever. The place was mopped but standing water was every where, the mop had grease in it because the floors were slippery. The fish sandwiches were breaded fish between two slices of thick bread. That's a bread sandwich. I submitted a review, the owner kindly responded and instructed me to go to the web site and enter the store which is 31594 i did and was informed that the store ID did not match now it will not let me re enter the over all horrible service. To validate my claim just view the camera we came in around 9:00 pm

Went here with my mother. We had a nice time. It was kinda quiet that day. It wasn't too many people there so we didn't have to wait long to get our food. The cashier was really cool and Very polite. We enjoyed our meal over some nice mother daughter time. She's 65 I'm 45 but still love to spend time with her and long John silvers is our favorite restraunt and it's close by.

The food was freshly cooked and good. The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful when ordering, even offering selections to save us money!

Every now and then you just want some greasy fish...nothing fancy, just deep fried white fish. That's where Long John Silvers comes in handy! Don't expect great service and the buildings are usually from the 70's...it is what it is and we all crave it from time to time!

Haven't been to this one before in Martinsville VA. Very good, clean food was outstanding and will be sure to go back. I had fish fillets, fries, slaw. My husband had the chicken planks, fries and slaw. Food was not greasy like other LJ silvers that we have been to in the past.
