Arby's - Martinsville

The sandwich was fantastic, but the fries were stale and cold.

The Reuben sandwich was fantastic, and the curly fries were excellent. The mozzarella sticks (6 pieces) were good, but it would have been nicer if the marinara sauce had been included with the order. I also ordered a bottle of water, but I ended up getting just a cup of water, which was definitely unexpected.

Burger raw inside. requested no onions and no sauce, came with both. chicken and fries over cooked. fries were supposed to be curly and came as crinkle. beef n cheddar had a slice of unmelted cheese on it instead of cheese sauce.

I was very disappointed with my order. The Premium Nuggets (9 pieces) were old and hard; even my dogs wouldn't eat them. Additionally, there was no marinara sauce included with my Mozzarella Sticks (6 pieces). I ordered a Cherry Turnover but received an apple one instead, and I asked for a Salted Caramel Chocolate Cookie but got a peanut butter cookie instead. On a positive note, the Beef and Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar were correct and delicious.

Didnt send fries with either meal, sent coke instead of root beer, didnt send the chocolate milk for the kids meal instead of 26 mins to deliver, it took an hour, my dasher was at Arbys for 30 mins waiting and they still couldnt get the order right
