The seating was somewhat uncomfortable, and the shop didn't have the cozy, inviting coffee shop atmosphere I hoped for. It would definitely benefit from some comfy chairs in the lobby to enhance the experience. However, the barista who prepared our coffee was fantastic! I believe his name was Ronnie, and he was very engaging and did a great job. Ronnie truly brightened our visit and helped make it a 5-star experience. Additionally, the shop is connected to a bookstore called Books-A-Million, which is a nice touch as it allows you to pick up a book and enjoy your coffee while browsing for potential purchases. Overall, I give them 5 stars because of Ronnie's kindness and the enjoyable experience we had while we savored our coffee. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Martinsburg!
