When it finally did, I was disappointed; the pieces were small and overcooked, making it rather unappetizing. I won't be returning.

Although the drive-thru was busy, I ch... read more The staff was very welcoming, but sadly, the food was cold at 11:45 AM. The chicken was overcooked and difficult to chew. Although the drive-thru was busy, I chose to dine in, yet there were only two other customers in the restaurant. The place could really use a makeover, as the interior feels quite outdated. The tables seemed old and sticky, even though there was someone constantly attempting to clean them.

When we arrived at this location around 4 PM, there was only one other car in the drive-thru. We ordered a 20-piece mixed meal with tenders and sides, but the food was dry and seemed old. The biscuits were also dry and bland. The only highlight was the sweet tea, which was quite enjoyable.

When I called to address the issue, they first gave me the runaround and then claimed I hadn’t used the drive-thru. I’ve noticed a drop in service quality lately, and this experience was the last straw. I won’t be returning.
