The food was pretty good, better than big chain fast-food. Great selection of burgers and the fries are above average. The service was excellent and wasn't slow. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful.Food: 5/5

I like the idea of you putting your own fixings on a burger. The burger and fries came out fast. The service was amazing. They young lady came out and asked if our party wanted refills. The bacon on the burger was cooked perfectly. No complaints from me.Food: 4/5

We had a good experience for our first time and enjoyed being able to pick our own toppings and sauces. Overall fairly clean environment and quick service. The staff were friendly but quiet. I’m addition to the indoor seating, they have a small patio seating area. Fries are comparable to Five Guys. The burgers are a solid, no-fuss burger.Parking: ~25 spots

We had a curbside pickup order .. Absolutely horrible. We tried to call to let them know we were there and phones straight to voicemail. Food sucked, burnt onion rings, fries literally tasted like they microwaved them. Burger wasn’t so bad but wasn’t great either . Food was cold the moment I got back to my truck. The only good thing are those black to go cups.

I don't normally review Francises, but this was my first visit. I suspect that this is a better restaurant than I experienced. I was impressed with the home fries and the toppings bar. The problem is I came when it wasn't busy (mid afternoon) and I took it to go. The fries were good. The burger, not so much. It had no flavor and once I added lettuce and tomato, I couldn't taste the cheese. I did like I got two patties. I bet if I had eaten it immediately it would have tasted better. I would have liked to have ice cream, but I knew it would melt if I was not eating in the restaurant.
