with the amis de verbier we visited this restaurant in a fantastic location. perfect view over martigny. They know how they are. we had a very beautiful viande sechee, dried beef, as a super-ruff from liddes. and to Finnish it. a beautiful apricot desert. ice, apricose and abricotin. highly recommended. so nice people! Far too many chestnuts were rotten in the takeaway. About 30% waste. On the other hand, the cheese and cold meats were excellent.
