I decided to order an Angel 's Food and Mom ordered a Blueberry Raspberry. The Angel 's Food is supposed to contain bananas, strawberries, nonfat milk, and light brown cane sugar. It tastes good, and has the flavors of the fruit. The Blueberry Raspberry has protein powder in it, including the fruits.
