My daughter was handing in... read more Great Food, Super nice cashier and bussers. Be careful asking questions to the ticket attendant. She was rude during the interaction. My daughter was handing in the extra cards from a game she had played to redeem her tickets. We asked theattendant how many tickets she was uploading in which she responded she had no idea how many she uploaded onto our card. Thengot mad when I questioned the amount of cards we handed her. My daughter is saving for a 79000 ticket prize and has almost70000, so we try to keep track. She rolled her eyes at the end of our interaction and walked away. When we were leaving wecould hear her standing by the soda machine complaining about us and questioning the ticket/card numbers. Mind you we did notwalk close to her we were walking in the middle as to not be in the way of those on the sides trying to enjoy the buffet or geta drink. I personally have worked 15 years in food service and many more in just plain customer service. I find it extremelyrude that she would have this conversation in earshot of other customers and employees. I get having a hard day or beingstressed out and wanting to share this situation but at least do it in the back, in private out of earshot of those that aretrying to enjoy themselves at your establishment and especially out of earshot of the person you are complaining about. I thinkit will be a long time if ever that we plan on stepping foot in the Marshfield, WI location. Obviously customer retention and ahappy environment is not what all their employees aim to achieve.

We had my husband's birthday party here with our children and grandchildren. They have a small game room that made the experience even better. The staff was quick to take away the dirty dishes because it was a buffet. Mostly pizza????. I do not like pizza so I ate fried chicken. I was very disappointed that there was no BBQ'D chicken wings on the buffet.But overall it was a great experience. Also they didn't know how to count up the credits on my card I was told I only had 350and I should have had 3,000. Made my experience not good. If you don't mind not getting all of your credits at the end it willbe a blast. If you have 30 or more people I suggest finding a different venue to go to.

The chicken was dried out and was not at all the chicken you usually get at the restaurant my husband got to order hisfavorite pizza had his chicken well waiting for his pizza we are 77 and can not eat fast was asked if we would leave at 830because young kids were working left are pizza and chicken and exited very upset with the whole experience

It has various pizzas, salad bar, meals like chicken, mash potatoes gravy also a dessert section to satisfy everyone in the family no matter what your craving to eat! Friendly staff clean restaurant. An added plus to Pizza Ranch in Marshfield is it also has a small arcade for the kids to play games reasonably priced. I'm definitely going back!
