I have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants and by far this one I will never patronize to anyone, Pans on the buffet needed changing out, and the food looked so dried out and the selections of cold shrimp could be a threat. The staff member was incredibly rude and had a condescending attitude, as if she didn't care whether I was dining there or not. She actually spilled water on my plate after refilling my glass. To make matters worse, after I paid, she just tossed my card onto the counter instead of handing it to me. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
