When I walked in, I noticed one of the staff members sitting on her boyfriend's lap, which was a bit unexpected.
This place is quite disappointing. The parking lot is filled with trash, including Dunkin' cups and bags. My three-year-old and I visit weekly for donuts, and it's always dirty, with staff who are unfriendly. Today was particularly frustrating: the person assisting me had their pants hanging so low that I could see their underwear. When I was trying to place my order, they raised their voice at me twice, insisting I needed to pay for the donuts first to avoid leaving without paying, even though my card was already in the machine. After that, they apologized, saying they were tired. I'm not a regular Dunkin' coffee drinker, but honestly, this location isn't worth it just for the donuts. It often feels like I'm a nuisance to the staff rather than them providing a service and fulfilling my order.
I visited this restaurant on Thursday, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the sound of the girls singing and having a fantastic time. I absolutely loved the atmosphere! Unfortunately, I had accidentally shut my thumb in the car door, and it was bleeding. The cashier was incredibly sweet; she had the other girls bring me a band-aid. It’s rare to find such kindness nowadays. Thank you to the Thursday morning crew from November 30th, 2023, at 7 AM. You were all so kind and amazing! Love, Katie
Whoever was handling food for the drive through this morning absolutely nailed it, that was legit the best Dunks avocado toast of all time, perfectly toasted, just the right amount of the avocado spread, genuinely improved my mood it was so dang good. And just generally the folks at this place are professional and friendly- any issues with lines and waits and such are genuinely not their fault, and they're always putting in a great effort. I've worked food service before so I know it's not easy work. Thanks!!
Another fast, dependable Dunkin's outlet as far as the drive thru is concerned, although the offerings are typical Dunkin's too: weak coffee, sugary drinks, empty donuts, and ultra zapped fast food hot items. A flavored cold brew, for example, was a sugary way to caffeinate and hydrate on warm late summer day. The addictive app, meanwhile, keeps me coming back for more, no matter how much I love to dis Dunkin's, thanks to deals and points offers. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.
