The Daily Grind - Marshall

Came for lunch, ordered right away since it wasn't busy. Sat down easy enough. After 5-10 minutes my water was empty and I hadn't heard from my waitress. Then the coffee shop stopped to take a picture... during LUNCHTIME! 30 minutes and still with an empty water glass and no food. If you only have a 30 minute lunch break good luck!!! Had to get it to go. They had even told me what I ordered was pre made so there's no good excuse. Once I finally had food, my breakfast burrito was tiny, and although good not good enough to make up for the service and wait. Very disappointing.

The coffee is outstanding! We stopped in for a small bite to eat as well today. I ordered the cranberry chicken salad. So delicious! The staff are very friendly and welcoming.... and watching the cars drive by on Main Street while sipping coffee is heavenly.

We arrived at the 'Daily Grind ' just before the 'Lunch bunch! ' The place is small, but gave a cozy ambience. Good enough for my friend and me. By entering, we were enticed with the aroma of fresh baked muffins! It drew us to counter. There was a sheet of fresh baked poppy seed muffins! My favorites! Of course I ordered one of it! My friend got the Blueberry muffin. This an a goid brewed cup of coffee! Yum! Butter was included. The service was friendly! We will be back!

The best muffins in town come out of their kitchen. It is pleasant to sit and visit with a friend or two in their dining area. On a hot day try their dreamsickle frozen drink.
