Brau Brothers Brewing Company

This place is a nostalgic place for me. I learned a lot about craft beer 15yrs ago. Unfortunately time has not been kind. The food and service were good, but nothing to write home about. The beer was not as good as I remember, but it was passable. Good stop if you are in the area, but I wouldn't plan a trip around it.

The beer is pretty good here, and the prices are very reasonable. $4-6 for a pint, and $2.50/pint during Happy Hour. We tried two flights and two pints, and were able to cover a good amount of the beers they had to offer. My favorites were the D?Thai, which has a nutty, brown rice finish; the Melonhead, which has a subtle, refreshing watermelon flavor; and the Kettle Sour. Awesome pizza! I had the honey siracha stuff and holy moly it was good. The cheese was perfect, the sauce was awesome, just everything was great. Possibly the best pizza I?ve ever had. 11/10 would absolutely go again

Delicious food, great selection of beer and good service. Had the ribs special, meat falling off the bones. Wife had the brisket sandwich special that was really good too! All the servers were having a good time teaming up to give quick service. We will definitely eat here again if we are ever back in Marshall.
