When we asked if he had washed his hands, he... read more We walked in and noticed a worker smoking outside. He came in, poured our drinks, but didn't wash his hands first. When we asked if he had washed his hands, he replied that he had used hand sanitizer. When we ordered our food, the fries we received looked freezer-burned. We inquired about them, and they did provide us with a better batch. However, the pizza was not up to the standard we remember from our previous visits. As we were leaving, we noticed two dogs and a suspicious-looking van that resembled a meth lab parked outside. We definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.

We ordered food for deliv... read more I believe Rusty's has really declined lately. The quality of the food isn't what it used to be, and the service has also deteriorated. We ordered food for delivery and were told it would take about half an hour. However, after waiting over an hour, we called back only to hear that our order had gone missing. After placing a new order, we finally received our food. Unfortunately, not only was our delivery significantly delayed, but our order was also incorrect. We ended up paying for items we didn't receive, and if their burgers are indeed supposed to be 1/3 of a pound, they need to recalibrate their scale. Overall, we will not be returning to Rusty's again.

It was absolutely d... read more I ordered a carryout pizza last week and chose the Hawaiian with Canadian bacon and pineapple. (Yes, pineapple definitely belongs on pizza!) It was absolutely delicious. The only problem was the drive back to Madison, where I couldn't sneak a bite! The staff was very friendly, and the menu is fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

They also included a berry shortcake for dessert, which was delightful. Since we can't go out right now, I'm eager to order from them again, and I look forward to dining there in person when we can.
