The manager asked m... read more Before driving off, I pulled over and called to speak with the manager. I asked why I only received the tenders when I had ordered the meal. The manager asked me to read the receipt, and when I did, he explained that I had only been charged for the tenders and that he must not have rung me up for the complete meal. He mentioned that if I wanted the two sides that come with the meal, he would need to charge me for them. In my opinion, for a price of $15.78, the meal should at least include French fries. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders had a very hard breading, and the chicken itself was incredibly dry. It felt like they had taken yesterday's tenders, reheated them in the fryer, and tried to pass off this unappetizing and overpriced food to customers. In my humble opinion, I would advise you to save your time and money and avoid this restaurant.

I preordered over 125 chicken strips more than a week in advance for a birthday party, but on the day of the event, no one—neither the day nor night shift manager—knew anything about my order. I chose this place because it was where my child wanted to celebrate, but instead, we ended up with no food until almost 20 minutes before everyone left, which was more than an hour after the party started!

The sweet tea is... read more The chicken is just okay, but the highlight of this place is definitely the tea. You can purchase it by the gallon, either sweetened or plain. The sweet tea is very sweet! We usually get two gallons of plain and one sweet. My husband mixes his half and half, while I prefer one part sweet to four parts plain. Regardless, this is the best spot for tea in Marshall.

I pulled up to the drive-thru on Friday shortly after 4 PM, and the parking lot was almost empty with just two cars in front of me. After being asked to wait, I ended up waiting close to ten minutes before I asked for help again, only to receive a dismissive "hold on." Frustrated, I chose to leave and go to a more professional restaurant instead.
