As... read more I ordered the #1 combo with potatoes and fried cucumber slices. Unfortunately, the cucumbers lacked a decent coating of breading and didn't have any crunch. As for the chicken, it was clear they needed to change the oil after the first bite. The service was average.

The best part about this place is the tea. You can buy it by the gallon either sweet or plain. The sweet is Extremely sweet! We buy 2 plain and one sweet. Husband does half and half. I do 1 to 4. Either way it is the best place to get tea in Marshall.

I went in after 25 mins a... read more Went through the drive through for two 4 piece spicy dinners. Got told it'd be 10 minutes and to pull to the parking lot. No big deal. I went in after 25 mins and asked if they forgot about me. They said the chicken was almost done. Took another 10 mins of standing inside to get my food. There were no customers inside and just a trickle through the drive through. Chicken was overcooked and salty as all hell. Fries were undercooked. Mashed potatoes, I don't know what was wrong with them but they were fully inedible. For the prices they charge at that place they could've at least gave me some good food for wasting 40 minutes of my time.

The manager asked m... read more Before driving off, I pulled over and called to speak with the manager. I asked why I only received the tenders when I had ordered the meal. The manager asked me to read the receipt, and when I did, he explained that I had only been charged for the tenders and that he must not have rung me up for the complete meal. He mentioned that if I wanted the two sides that come with the meal, he would need to charge me for them. In my opinion, for a price of $15.78, the meal should at least include French fries. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders had a very hard breading, and the chicken itself was incredibly dry. It felt like they had taken yesterday's tenders, reheated them in the fryer, and tried to pass off this unappetizing and overpriced food to customers. In my humble opinion, I would advise you to save your time and money and avoid this restaurant.

I pulled up to the drive-thru on Friday shortly after 4 PM, and the parking lot was almost empty with just two cars in front of me. After being asked to wait, I ended up waiting close to ten minutes before I asked for help again, only to receive a dismissive "hold on." Frustrated, I chose to leave and go to a more professional restaurant instead.
