The management is excellent, and the work atmosphere is very positive. The food is fantastic, although I personally wish the fries were a bit saltier. I enjoy chatting with our regular customers and meeting new ones; kind and respectful patrons really brighten up the day.
The food is good, service and atmosphere is OK. My only issue is that when ordering from the drive through. I've been given the wrong food or something is missing, and we don't know until we've got home. So now we'll sit there in the parking lot checkingeverything before we leave. The manager has always fixed the problem with out question.
Arbys food is great, they usually have it together, however the other day they irritated me by handing me a completely wrong meal, someone else?s food. And then when I tried to give it back they said they couldn?t take it. I almost threw the bag at her.They did give me my food. Couple of the girls who work there are stuck up. Not sure why?they work at Arbys.
