Taco Bell - Marshall
Taco Bell
Description
At this Taco Bell location, diners may encounter a mixed bag of experiences. While mobile orders can sometimes face delays, staff efforts to resolve issues swiftly are appreciated, especially during busy lunch hours. However, customers frequently report receiving incomplete orders, such as consistently half-full cinnamon twist bags, and incorrect items that require extra trips through the drive-thru. On a positive note, the menu includes clearly labeled vegetarian options, and the restaurant boasts a kid-friendly atmosphere with ample space and engaging views of the drive-thru activity. Parking is generally accessible, with designated spots for those with disabilities.

I believe that the owners of Taco Bell are disconnected from reality, as the prices are too high for the portion sizes. I ordered the beefy nachos, which came with only 12 chips, a tablespoon of beans, a tablespoon of meat, and two tablespoons of sour cream. It feels like Taco Bell has become a place only for the wealthy, much like the movie "Demolition Man." Until prices drop significantly, I won't be able to afford Taco Bell anymore.
Mobile order was not ready. They did get it figured out and was quick to get my order to me. Technology is hard, but it doesn't help the customer who has a timed lunch break.
I walked in and placed my order at the self-service kiosks since there was no one at the counter. After I paid, a staff member came to the counter and informed me that they had forgotten to turn on the grills. They were supposed to issue me a refund for my order.
**Vegetarian Options:** The menu includes a few clearly labeled vegetarian items. **Parking:** The parking situation is decent. Although the lot is not very large, there are accessible spots available, and parking is free. Additionally, there is an adjoining lot for overflow, making it easy to park and walk a short distance to Taco Bell. **Kid-Friendliness:** The restaurant is definitely kid-friendly, with both booths and tables available. Condiments can be found outside of the counter area, which is convenient when dining with children. There’s also plenty of activity to keep kids entertained as they can watch the bustling drive-thru traffic. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** As someone with a disability, I pay close attention to accessibility features. This location offers sufficient handicapped and wheelchair-accessible parking.
