Terrible service. 30 minutes for my glass of champagne to arrive. Other people who came in after us were served before us and faster. The restaraunt new the rug... read more Terrible service. 30 minutes for my glass of champagne to arrive. Other people who came in after us were served before us and faster. The restaraunt new the rugby World Cup began at 21.00, surely you would therefore open your restaraunt 30 minutes earlier to accommodate this. When I asked why am I waiting so long to be served they said, they are very busy and people want to leave by 21.00. I was there with my two 14 year old young men as my husband was at the opening game, I felt like they ignored us because there was no “man” at our table. Food was good just a shame about their slow service despite an abundance of staff!
