superb idea to offer dishes in the form of a bowl, which you can also choose to taste as a sandwich. This reminds us of the concept of the Vietnamese sandwich, but in the version of Marseilles and Provence. We were attracted by the name of the restaurant, being lovers of the kitchen with garlic: fresh and generous cuisine, like the couple of patrons; Sweet find at the chance of our walk and beautiful encounter. we ha... I had lunch with ioli and fish on the small terrace of this business. a very friendly manager, a well-stocked sandwich, a tasted fish: I recommend this address just a step from the old port to take back the sick forces and eat on the thumb!
Provencal well-controlled kitchen. very good products, a pleasant reception, we have a very good time. on-site or take away
I met the owners at Le Voyage Insolites in Paris. They were tabling giving out samples of their sandwiches during the event. I loved their sandwiches soooo much that I knew when I went to visit Marseille I would go and make sure to get their l'aïoli sandwich for lunch. Their food has such an authentic taste, it's nothing like any other types of baguette sandwiches I've had. That's due to the fact it's special, it's no ham and cheese but instead filled to the brim with flavorful ingredients légumes of the moment, egg, mayo and cod) that burst in your mouth. Located right in the downtown area close to View Port it's an easy walk and a perfect place to enjoy a lunch after an exciting morning exploring Marseille.
If you want traditional authentic Provincial flavours in a sandwich then don 't miss this! This place does sandwiches differently and have delicious and unique fillings which are traditional from the south of France. Really bright, punchy flavours and they 're not shy on the garlic (perhaps why the shop is called 'Garlic Bread ' ? We tried the lobster roll special, the Bagnat, and the Aioli. The lobster roll came in a very large brioche bun and comes with lots of lobster. The Bagnat is a Nice specialty and contained a complete mix of ingredients including broad beans, olives, boiled egg, sliced radish, peppers, onions, cooked tuna, lots of garlic and more. This was highly recommended to us and it didn 't disappoint. The Aioli had cod, potato, carrots, cauliflower, a great aioli and more. We 've never had these fillings in a baguette before. All were so delicious and very different, it was so hard to chose! Service was amazing and warm. Linda, the owner speaks English and was more than happy to recommend, and tell you about her masterful creations. Her passion really shows! Don 't miss this when visiting Marseille! We 'd come back in a heartbeat.
Good value for money for all of their products and especially the mini pastries. Salespeople always friendly and smiling even at busy times. I recommend .
