The staff initially seemed very helpful and ready to serve. It all spiralled downwards when they asked us “would you like some water?”. The water was nowhere to... read more The staff initially seemed very helpful and ready to serve. It all spiralled downwards when they asked us “would you like some water?”. The water was nowhere to be seen on the menu. In addition to the wine we ordered, we orders 3 bottles of...water in total by the end, assuming it would be normally priced. The bill in the end revealed that the water was charged eur 6.20 per bottle! That’s some amazing water I guess. Most of us ordered the “pork shoulder”. This was a small pork steak which they charged 25 euros. I guess pork in Marseille is more expensive than beef. The waiter accidentaly dropped a beer, breaking my plate. They took the broken plate away and brought me another serving. However the pork was basically uncooked to the point that it was undedible. In the end the “nice” staff asked me what was wrong with my food and I said it is uncooked. The girl smiled, said sorry and then preceded to bring us the full bill with my food fully charged. We made a bill of 400 euros and they didn’t have the decency to at least discount the raw pork that they brought to me! Great service! You won’t see us again.
