Les Tamaris - Marseille

Very beautiful place above a small bay with great view. but: very bad menu. without taste, muddy sauce, ignorant about protest for strange rest in the meal. too expensive for the small quality and the arrogant owner. never again! go to la grotte in...Callelongue!

I am from marseille, always wanted to try this restaurant, as I have in the rule on the beach next to him. my advice: not bad! they find much better places in the opposite, trust me! ok, yes it is super handy, it is near the beach with a...tunning view. but the owner doesn't deserve her time. I tell you what, the owner was the rude guy (and I'll be polite. I've ever witnessed. I booked for 4 people, 1h30 before we came there with the waiters. we finally get there, he doesn't find my name (what is ok, it happened) and will scream mad at the waitress (scream) before all customers. They'll turn to us later, they'll talk us super bad. I commented my cool “Now it’s okay, they found us a table (sarcastically natural) and he answers; I will use his words (in French) “well, if they are angry I think they should go, and literally came out to us”. the waiters tried to defend us and be gentle! they are scaring them out to work for this man (here I will keep it polite) the marseillais are known for their honesty and directness, I am from marseille; but let me tell them that the guy was / is a embarrassment! go on and enjoy marseille!

I was there on Saturday night with my wife for dinner which se has been before with her collègues. Nice welcoming every one was so nice and present, the food was delicious we had an amazing night just we couldn’t eat on a terrace cause...of the weather but otherwise could have been fantastic. Will try another time for sure but will be lunch wanna see the view.

We were visiting the region and we want to eat a Bouillabaisse. We called ahead and we were not disappointed. .

Great spot (you feel you're at the end of the world but you're still in Marseille), more than pretty honest food, nice team, and the boss Serge is a real figure...
