In fact, we went twiceServes lovely wine, and the waitress took her time to understand our needs before selecting an appropriate wine. Our French isn't very good, she was very patient and helped by speaking English.The wine choices were really good, including some wines available by the glass.For food, one of the reasons we visited was for it offering tapas - Marseille was pretty hot all weekend and sometimes you don't want to eat too much. Well...there are about 10-12 choices of excellent tapa such as the classic patatas bravas and selection of cheeses as well as the lovely spiced pork. All were wonderful and just what we were looking for, served with fresh bread which was re-filled when needed. The food is prepared fresh and all from local producers, big tick.One our second visit they remembered us and were even more friendly, including helping us try some varied cheeses which were lovely.A really great experience and one of our favourite places to go

Had the charcuterie board and patatas bravas - the meats were very high quality, accompanying bread outstanding (my husband is a baker and very impressed) and the patatas bravas quite possibly the best we've had. Had a wine and beer and was very satisfied. Also had a selection of spirits so everyone is happy. The guys working there lovely as well. Really recommend this bar, get there early to secure the couches upstairs!
