What Joe T likes about L'eau Vive:
The basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde is a must see on the Marseille hop on hop off bus. We were there at lunch time so tried the restaurant which is fairly roomy comfortable. The hostess staff are very friendly welcoming. The food, we had mains of grilled duck breast pork fillet with croquet dauphine potatoes, were excellent. Washed down with a carafe of local wine €5. Plain food, uninspired surroundings. It is easy to access for all, and enjoyable for the atmosphere of Provence. Closed Mondays, limited hours of service. open for lunch and dinner. Low price as compared to area restaurants. View all feedback.
