Contribute FeedbackVery well. Very friendly welcome, we have exchanged a lot with the manager, very interesting conversation with an enthusiast. Dish prepared in front of us. Everything was very good, very well presented. A very good time. Small personal touches with lightly warmed tatakis, a regal. All with a very good quality price ratio.
What a disappointment... We write Japanese restaurants and turned to Itamae, hoping to find the flavors we had discovered in Japan, and so far not always well honored... The promise of a trained leader in Japan was thought to keep something. First disappointment to the reading of the map offering californias and other rolls to cheese... not hyper nippon, but we are in France, it's okay! Then comes our order, and new disappointment. One would believe a race to the economy: the sushi are of a ridiculously small size (some signs put too much rice 3 times, but there...! , it even lacks rice in the makis. And the little dessert madness, the cheesecake at 4.50€ seemed to have narrowed down so it was small... I measured so much I was surprised: just 5 cm in diameter, is it a joke?! I've never been so hungry after ordering more than 60€ in a Japanese restaurant. The flavor of sushi is not catastrophic, it is correct, but nothing transcendent. Anyway, we'll never see each other again!

The establishment opened at the beginning of the year offers a wide choice of dishes, all of excellent quality and really succulent. The chef, very accessible with his beautiful open kitchen, is really nice and modest despite an impressive career path. A real enthusiast who takes us on a journey with his original and delicious fusion Japanese cuisine. Many suggestions that change depending on the seasonal products of the moment. If you want to enjoy a quality meal at a fare that's just right, it's probably the best place you could go.
Originality of the dishes, kindness and competence of the chef, I will come back for sure! I went there with a friend who stayed in Japan, she found the taste of the dishes there. We're at 100,000 sushi stations.
