Beefhouse Marseille

We decided to go for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, we saw the beef house and it looked very nice from the outside. We were immediately sat down on the terrace that had a lovely view, and that was the only positive side of the...meal. We waited for at least 20 minutes until someone came to take a drinks and food order, simple order, 1 starter to share, 3 burgers and 3 beers, you can’t really mess that up, well they did. Firstly we waited 45 minutes for our starter that never came, just the burgers. In that time we saw how 4 tables left because of lack of service and by the end of the meal at least 3 more left. The waiters spent more time messing around and going to the side of the apple store to smoke and check their phones instead of doing what they were actually paid to do. There were at least 6 waiters and people were not being attended, and when meals did come out they were taken to the wrong tables or they had no idea were they were going. The managers also did nothing to sort this out but they did constantly smoke in public view, chat and joke with the waiters and amongst themselves. So to sum it up, overpriced crappy service with a good view. Stay away from there and save yourself the hassle!

Went for a late lunch with family. The prices are a little on the expensive side 7€ a beer and 27€ a steak. To start with they had no burgers at all not even chicken burgers, so that was 70% of the menu not available....The service was very poor, my husband caught the waiters eye and said could we order, the waiter said, yes of course. Then went off to have a cigarette and a coffee behind a bush, and just ignored us! I had salmon and mashed sweet potatoes, it was passable, no sauce or any flavouring on it. My husband had steak , he said as I did passable. All in all very average food and bad service for a relatively high price. I would not visit again.

Entricote Steak is far from what it should be, French fries also. Service is poor with long waiting time.

An experience ... when arriving around 7:30 a former employee was guiding everything: "it's thieves, they don't pay their employees..."Sympa ... let's pass the non-existent reception, the absence of a terrace despite a magnificent time finally opened 30 minutes after, the absence of clime in the interior ... a catastrophic service at the edge of the vulgar, cold fries at 3.50 €

Ideally located on the terraces of the port, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the proposed dishes and the diversity of the map. it should be noted that all dishes are copied, including burgers
