First of all, I've made a reservation for the vineyard trip connected with a wine tasting by AirBnB. Everything went smoothly. When the time has come, we've traveled to the Tabaccaro, but 45 minutes before I receive information that says all the plans are canceled by the host. In response, I described to him that we have traveled a long way only for this and if he can recommend any place where we can fulfill our goal on the last day in Italy. But there was no response. After a few days, I've contacted Gianfranco (the owner) requesting a money return, again no response. All of this lasted a month until AirBNB forced him to return the money. No contact, no help, no customer service. Terrible experience. When I filled review on google, in the response he tried to treat me with a lawsuit.
