This pasticceria is one of the hidden treasure in the Old Town of Marsala. Great selection of ice cream, sweets and bakery. I have tried many things from this pasticceria but my favourite one was profiteroll- if you try it, you get addicted, trust me! I have tried profiteroll from other pasticceria but was not that good. This pasticceria also offers a nice sitting outside, so you can sit and watch italian life. View all feedback.
What JackTraverele doesn't like about Antica Pasticceria De Gaetano:
Avoid this place at all cost. The personnel is so rude that completely upset me and my family. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order and when I tried to check what happened the lady became nervous and started to yell all over the place. Skip this place and go somewhere else where the real Sicilian kindness still exist. View all feedback.

Stopped in for pastries and sodas. Two pastries and two sodas were €7.5. Both pastries were very good.

After eating at La Marinara, we walked to nearby Antica Pasticceria De Gaetano (just a few steps) for two cannoli. They were to die for. Having found cannoli so good, I refused to try any other place; we just kept returning to Antica Pasticceria De Gaetano. I suggest you do the same.
This quaint little Pasticceria had us drooling...savoury and sweets...a fantastic lunch, desserts and coffee to top it off...The rumbaba was to die for. Its a beautiful old fashion cake store with lots of character and twin brothers who confuse you...Atmosphere, people etc all excellent...a must to visit in Marsala Sicily...loved it!
