What Chad Burger likes about Paper Lantern Asian Grill Sushi:
We came to Paper Lantern on a Wednesday evening to celebrate a family birthday. The restaurant is conveniently located in a small shopping center about a half mile north of I-70. It was not busy and we were seating immediately. The server was nice and the food was quickly served. I had the Sushi for 2 and shared it with my daughter. Crab Wontons over, over cooked. Dry and tasteless. Hot Sour soup not so hot . Lacked spice and tasted sugar/sweet like Sweet Sour Sauce had been added to make a thin, water broth. Szechuan chicken was NOT szechuan chicken at all. Chicken, over, over cooked carrots, celery and onions. Had the taste of Chef Boyardee canned chicken Chow Mein. Looked like it too.
