Contribute Feedback What Eric Mccly doesn't like about 7-eleven:
Came to write a review about the Indian woman who works here. Guess am not the only who experience how rude she is. Reading all these reviews from months ago how rude she is. I can't believe 7-Eleven's corporation has done anything about this yet. View all feedback.

Worst customer service I have ever received the woman that works in the morning at the front counter is the terrible. I thought maybe the first time she was having a bad day but no every single time I visit this location she is awful. The pumps here are also incredibly slow. Go anywhere else but here.
Do not poop here. There is only one toilet and when you come out, the Indian lady that works there will yell at you and then claim that she 's not saying anything. Spoiler alert: if someone left without buying anything because the bathroom is at capacity, chances are they weren 't going to buy anything in the first place. Nor are they going to buy anything if you yell at them while they are in AND after they get out of the only bathroom of a poorly designed building. Other than that: overall not clean. Hot food looked dried out and disgusting.
I went in to buy some gum and a protein bar on 1/30. While I was looking around I saw some hichews, picked them up as I wandered, and then set them down cause I ended up finding something else I wanted. When I got up to check out it was an Indian woman no idea what her name is I assume she’s the owners wife/daughter I don’t know. Point being I went up to the counter she says to me, “oh this is all you’re getting where’s the bag of candy you had at” and looked me up and down. Insinuating I was trying to steal or something. I told her I ended up putting it back cause I didn’t want it anymore. She says to me, “you didn’t put it back in the right place. Bring it to me and then I’ll check you out. That’s not okay at all.” Continuing to eye me down even rolled her eyes at me. Keep in mind I’m sitting there trying to check out and get out of there and this woman is trying to make me walk back to the isle and bring her what I didn’t want cause I didn’t put it in “the right spot”. I’ve worked at a store before. Part of YOUR job is to organize inventory. And she sat there and made her customer walk to the other side of the store and for what? To prove what? That I wasn’t stealing? I emptied my pockets for her. Literally. It was a big bag of hichews there’s not many places to hide that. Not to mention, she said all of this in front of two other customers waiting to check out behind me. I was reading all the reviews and this woman’s customer service seems to be a problem for most people. I’ve read issues of her not letting customers use the bathroom, lying to customers and making them buy stuff to use the bathroom then the bathrooms not even working, and many similar instances to what I experienced. I work by this gas station so it’s convenient, usually the husband or dad whoever he is is working the register and he is super friendly never had a bad experience with him. There are 3 other gas stations right by this 711 and I highly recommend them over this location unless you’re wanting to get harassed for stealing or scammed by this woman from what I’ve read and experienced.
Very rude, very dirty, they charge you for cheese that goes on your nachos
