Bay Tinh - Marrickville

I loved this place. it is a great family business and one of the first Vietnamese restaurants in marrickville. eating is humble and super tasty. the personal is also very nice. they help them navigate through the menu and give them tips how to eat best any dish. it's a must!

Delicious Vietnamese food! easy to cut to the western palette, but we liked it! the service was attentive and fast. we had the cocktail harry’s drink, it had Asian flare and was truly unique. the canh chua sour soup is a must! and the ca kho to braised fish was tastefully packed.

I've been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years and it's never failed. the service, the staff mainly the owners (daniel) tony are very attentive and friendly. the main thing is to eat that it is so amazing, fresh and tasty, I love the crispy pancake, they can not get a better in vietnam. the little rice cakes should die, because I have so many favorites. the decor is very authentic also especially on the top floor it is very spacious, much space for a large group. a must try.

If they are a vegan and looking for great food, this is the right place. We felt so welcome by the beautiful staff and for such great eating. my partner and I love cooking and experimenting with new aromes. in the rule we are disappointed when we go to eat as we think we can make it better and better, especially when it comes to cooking vegan food. in the rule, restaurants do not have a vegan cook or the vegan dishes are left behind, as the main consumers are carnivores. we had the feeling that this restaurant surpasses our expectations with the vegetarian duck and the amazing lemongrass sauce for our fried tofu. everything accompanied by something klavier background music and a little cozy light atmosphere. it is recommended to celebrate every special occasion or just a great place to eat good food. thanks to staff, dishwashers, kitchen hand, purer, suppliers and chefs for the amazing result of a great teamwork! always the best for small businesses like these!

I have been visiting this restaurant with family and friends since the early 90s. Ordered today via uber eats on the 15/02/2022. Bay tinh has remained a favourite of ours for many reasons. They have fantastic fresh food. There is a tasty range of meals, with many gluten free and vegetarian options. If you are coeliac, then consider trying this restaurant. Their crispy pancake is my mother's favourite in Sydney. Try out the hotpot if you are dining inside. Pro tip: do not overfill your hand-made rice rolls, small is key! Be gentle and careful, it takes a while to master. The hotpot is best to share in groups, it's a really fun experience. Their spring rolls are divine and the egg noodles are so yummy! The staff are very friendly and helpful, service with a smile here. The restaurant is always clean and has a lovely warm atmosphere. Harry the owner has welcomed us every time, so we are very thankful. We come here for birthdays, mother's day, lunch dates and dinners. I've never had any issues with their service, bookings are easy and the banquets work best for large groups. Sometimes they can get busy, so book in early to avoid the rush.
