H... read more The food at this restaurant is normally decent, but today the chicken tenders were old and tough, and they forgot to include the sauces that I paid extra for. Hopefully, this was just a one-time bad experience because it has now deterred us from ordering from here again.

The kitchen was extremely dirty and the chefs were more focused on texting on their phones than preparing food. When I tried to place an order over the phone, I was put on hold indefinitely, so I decided to go to the restaurant in person. However, even after entering, the person on the phone continued to chat with someone else, oblivious to my presence. After waiting for 42 minutes in an empty restaurant, our food finally arrived, but it was all wrong and cold. The server acknowledged that our experience was awful and decided not to charge us for the meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

It was a Friday night so I knew it would be a while but when I called the girl ensured me the order was on the way. We called back and she said ?OMG the driver said he couldn?t find your house.? Ilive in apartments. Instead of him calling he went back to the restaurant with our food. He lied to the owner and told him hecalled 5 times but I hadn?t received one call. He claims he was told no one had ordered food. For some odd reason my Apt numberwas not showing on the order slip emailed to me but it could?ve been handle by a phone call. I spoke with the owner who promisedhe would have it ready in ten minutes and bring it himself. I call an hour later and spoke with a young lady who was very shortwith me. They ended up calling my husband?s phone telling him they were outside almost three hours after we ordered the food.That was almost $50 worth of food. They forgot his drink as well and our fries were ice cold. Such a horrible experience.

It was just as horrible from the food to the staff, I can only believe that management/ownership is on par with the rest of this Wing zone, sad to say.The chicken sandwich I ordered was so dry, my God, couldn't bring myself to finish eating it. Might I suggest instead of substituting an item that I had ordered for an item you did have. Call me with that change to my order. Couldn't get a phonecall answered, I will just have to take it up with the bank. DO BETTER just that easy.
