It seemed like they either didn’t hear our order or just weren't paying attention. Furthermore, the tops of our sandwiches were incredibly hard, almost like stones. I've kept sandwiches in the fridge or left them out before, but I've never come across crusts that were this tough.

One of the staff members was on his phone and took over two minutes to finish his conversation while I waited to be served. He didn't even think to ask the person on the line to hold, even though he saw me walk in and could tell I was waiting. Growing more and more frustrated, I decided to leave and headed to the location at Barataria and Lapalco instead, where I had a much smoother experience.
