What User doesn't like about The Cheesecake Shop:
Looks very good and attractive but it is up to your personal preference on the taste. We bought the mud cake and maybe we expected too much from the look and wasn't too impressed with the taste in the end. We're not happy with the 1.5% card fee which most café and cake shop won't have. We were also charged $2 for a cheap bag which you can get it for a dollar at major supermarkets. View all feedback.
We buy all our Families Birthday cakes and have never been disappointed. The cakes are always fresh and the service is always quick and polite.

This is the worst cake I've ever eaten. Everything's artificial and powdery. There can't possibly be any cheese in this, not even cream.
I highly recommend this shop! Cake was perfect and customer service was five star. Thank you for the free slice it was yum
The best cake ever! We ordered a Koala cake, they were very accommodating accepting our koala pictures of what we wanted the cake to look like. The cake was a huge hit at my nephews 1st birthday party, it fed over 40 people everyone loved how soft fluffy the cake was. Soooooooooo delicious!!!
