What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. I will never return or recommend it to anyone. The staff did not wash their hands after handling food, and I witnessed one employee without gloves touching their face before handling fries. Just stopped and the manager went above and beyond to help me find food for a picky eater at a great price! Even though their truck was late, he was patient and so very kind! He gave me an idea on a possible issue with our rv generator and the rv dealer said it would be an expensive fox that would take some time as he said i blew the inverter. The manager was RIGHT and i flipped the 30 amp switch on generator and ac, gfi and microwave all work now! Thank you very much! besides that coffee was strong and hot, food was fast, hot and good and we are on the road again! Thank you kind sir!!!
Had my lunch door dasher and the fries were stale and onion rings were hard... The burgers were luke warm .... Not happy with Hardee's. Then tried to call to let them know and they answered the phone and set it on the counter... Could here them in the back ground talking playing etc. Never again Hardee's
Avoid at all costs! One young man taking orders, finishing the cooking, then handling the window. Two other workers and a woman who took the cash drawer (manager? , but not much assistance from them. Our food took FOREVER. Then the hamburgers were lukewarm, French fries were cold, and we never did get our change! We had walked inside to place a takeout order. It was like the twilight zone. He tried to do it right and cover everything, but it was impossible. Another lady who was dining inside with her husband was frustrated because she still hadn't received her poppers. This was my first time ever stopping at a Hardes; it was also my last. Good grief what a fiasco.
First of all the way they go about the drive-through doesn't make any sense second when I pulled up there were workers standing in front of the drive-through window outside of the building chitchatting thirdly half of my order was not correct my chicken sandwich was practically rubber, didn't give me any sauce that I asked for they charged me for a drink I didn't order then didn't give it to me, this place was not busy and now I know why. It also took them 20 minutes for them to get my order ready when there is absolutely not a single customer while they had three people working inside (while 2 of the three were outside goofing off when I pulled up)
Delicious burger, not over sauced, hot and correct custom order. Fries were solid, and chicken tenders were hot and fresh. The service was excellent.
