Wawa - Marlton

Two different maskless people came in in the amount of time it took to wait for a sandwich, with no intervention from the store staff. Either the management has failed to give them the authority to enforce both a state government mandate as well as their own policy (according to many signs throughout), or they have failed to train their staff on the need to do so

I came for gas and some snacks before I went on the street. The guy who threw me out was rude. He didn't even try to offer me a bag for my stuff....4 Water bottles 4 bags of chips and some candy and rubber. He probably expected me to wear everything in my arms. I asked him for a bag and he said they'd charge 35 cents for a reusable bag. I said that's okay. Then he gives me the bag. I asked him so you won't take my clothes off. I've seen how you dumped the previous customer and didn't mention how much it costs. I bag my stuff. I felt very discriminated because I am Latina female. And he couldn't be harassed with me. Very poor customer service.

So, today at 11:30 am I went to get gas and I told the guy the WAS SUPPOSE TO PUMP MY GAS that the pump did not fit my tank and he told me that I need to pump my own gas. So I said good? ll pump my own gas I had to do because it's his job. Then he sees me struggling with trying to figure out how to work It and say nothing until I say? You see me fighting here and he told me what to do and then he said? I can't just take you and I have all these other cars.. there were two other cars that were just so raised There were only three of us? What he should do and say was I can take them first and then I come to you and I would have been good with him. I went in and talked to the manager and she was very nice and I'm sorry for the incident. That really upset me because I felt despised.

I didn't go in, I just stopped getting gas. The participant was fast, efficient and polite.

Went there around 5:30 pm on 8/11 and I?ll never be back. Not only was my order misplaced, it was wrong. The 3 men behind the counter were too busy talking and 2 out of 3 had their masks pulled down. It goes over your nose too, especially when dealing with food! I work at hospital and my mask is on me at all times during my 8 or 12 hour shifts. Wawa apparently doesn?t follow these rules and that?s totally GROSS.
