I love the food and the Sprinkle Shake and Choc Churro Shake.... only the problem is that they put us these thin straws and all cookies in the shakes always stuck in the straw, making it hard to drink. Greater straws please and thank you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Shake Shack:
Food comes out quickly and the counter help is friendly. I just don't think you get what you pay for. We paid $30 for 2 sandwiches, fry and a shake. The burger is not very thick so definitely get a double. The avocado chicken sandwich was better than the Shack Stack we got. Nothing was bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. I really enjoy the food and especially the Sprinkle Shake and Choc Churro Shake. However, there’s one issue: the straws they provide are too thin, and the cookie pieces always get stuck, making it difficult to drink. I would appreciate it if they could offer larger straws. Thank you!
Shake Shack is undoubtedly the best fast food restaurant out there. Their burger meat blend is simply perfect, and the cooking technique they use elevates the burgers to another level. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. It doesn't matter what you choose—whether it's burgers, chicken sandwiches, shakes, or fries—everything is delicious. I always look forward to dining at Shake Shack, and I often find it tough to decide what tasty item to order each time. I give it a perfect 10/10; the only thing that comes close is Five Guys, which I would rate a 6/10, so it really doesn't compare.
This is a fantastic spot for tasty burgers, and I’m also a fan of their hot dogs! We ordered the chicken sandwich, which was decent, but the burgers and cheesesteaks are the real stars. Their milkshakes are incredible too. The service is efficient, and they have a well-organized system for getting food out quickly. It’s definitely one of our favorite places!
The best burgers everywhere. Prices also so, so it is a treat a few times a month. strange that they ask at the counter whether you want to add a tip to your credit card... what Burger place does that? There are no servers hopefully they pay their people well enough (due to prices), that the company does not count on cartridges to pay their counterpart. You even ask, it will ask if you want to leave a tip... I'm meeting no.
Great burgers shakes. Crinkle fries are meh, but that's just my opinion. What's not up for debate is how ridiculously expensive this place is. You're not getting out of there for less than $15 a person. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but don't mistake this with McDonald's or BK. If you've got a family of 4+ be prepared for some pain.
